A very lovely day for my mums birthday. We visited the painting studio and enjoyed everything about the hours we spent there. The staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble… Full review by Shellywood66

How long does it take to get round the factory/museum?

Factory tour is about 1hr. Museum is not big - it could take 20 minutes to over 1hr depending on what interests you.

I suggest you contact Wedgwood, as a customer I can't comment on quality control. Speaking from my own experience Wedgwood is extremely strong and must have been subjected to some force to break. I have used my Wedgwood daily for the last 20 years with only a couple of minor chips that were my fault. I would check the retailer for authentication.
