Hi there, the penguins didn't walk out in the day we visited, they were taking snap at noon then. But consulting the zoo authority, they took walk a week before and mainly starting from/around 3rd-4th week of Dec because of the snow season. So if you want to see that, better visit in late Dec or Jan. Hope this works for you.
