Hi I bought discounted tickets under the Cyber Monday promotion without realizing that they were only valid for Hawaii residents and not tourists. Would I be able to do a refund or a top up to a normal ticket?

These following questions are specifically about their Celebrate Package: -Is there an age limit for the birthday package? -Minimum of # of people is 20 count? -Will it be possible to celebrate it a few days after the actual birthday date of the celebrant? [This is because on the actual bday which is Wednesday, it will be closed and the celebrant might possibly celebrate with the family first]-This is a surprise for the celebrant.
