Bracketology: Michigan State makes multi-seed jump in latest projections
A late-season push has Michigan State making a move in NCAA Tournament projections. The Spartans (23-5, 14-3 Big Ten), who have won four straight, moved up to a No. 2 seed in updated bracketology posted Friday by ESPN’s Joe Lunardi and Jerry Palm of CBS Sports.

When there is that big of a pileup of losses, the seed movements are not very dramatic. Only Michigan State, one of the big winners, moved up two-seed lines. All of the other seed changes were just one line up or down.
Michigan State had the best week of any Big Ten team, beating Purdue at home Tuesday and rival Michigan on the road Friday.
