Feyenoord supporters have been banned by French authorities from travelling to Lille for next week's final UEFA Champions League group game between the two clubs.

In the UEFA Champions League action on Wednesday, Jan. 22 there is a matchup with Feyenoord Rotterdam and Bayern Munich.

Feyenoord striker Santiago Gimenez scored twice in the first half to steer the hosts to a 3-0 victory over Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Wednesday and boost their chances of a top-eight finish on the last matchday next week.

Bayern reserve goalkeeper Sven Ulreich was shown a red card for complaining at the end of a game in which his team missed its opportunities at one end while leaving itself susceptible to attacks at the other.

Bayern Munich was on the receiving end of a proper shellacking on Wednesday, traveling to Rotterdam only to get downed 3-0 by Feyenoord before a raucous and rocking home crowd. The fourth-placed Eredivisie side showed no signs of fear against the German record champions.
