On the last trading day, Adani Green Energy opened at ₹1964.95 and closed at ₹1975.05. The stock reached a high of ₹2002 and a low of ₹1946.05 during the day.

India's Adani Green Energy on Saturday said Deputy Chief Financial Officer Saurabh Shah would assume the role of CFO, replacing Phuntsok Wangyal, who will step down effective Sept 30.

Adani Power shares surged over 5% after winning a bid to supply 6,600 MW of bundled renewable and thermal power to Maharashtra at Rs 4.08 per unit, beating competitors like JSW Energy. Adani Green Energy shares also jumped by over 7%,

In a latest development Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) will sign a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) under the Letter of Intent (LOI),

Adani Power and Adani Green Energy will supply 6,600 MW of solar and thermal power to Maharashtra, strengthening their role in the state and helping India's shift to renewable energy. The announcement also led to a rise in their stock prices.
