Pakistan and New Zealand players were forced to take a break during the tense contest when a black cat ran onto the field, seemingly enjoying the spotlight.

Mohammad Rizwan's Pakistan will claim the mini tri-series title when they take on Mitchell Santner-led New Zealand in the final at the National Stadium in Karachi on Friday, February 14.

Mitchell Santner conceded just 20 runs in his 10 overs and took two wickets while Will O'Rourke returned figures of 4/43.

The ODI tri-series format is all set to make a comeback as Pakistan welcome New Zealand and South Africa to their shores in what is seen as a dress rehersal before the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy. The matches will be played in the revamped stadiums in Karachi and Lahore.
