National chicken finger restaurant Raising Cane's is opening up its first metro Detroit location on Tuesday, Feb. 4 with a celebration.

With blankets, sleeping bags, and bundled in hats, gloves, and layers of clothing, hundreds of people eagerly awaited the opening of the first metro Detroit Raising Cane’s locat
