Dollywood operator to acquire Dutch Wonderland and other Pennsylvania attractions
The Atlanta-based operator has signed a definitive agreement to acquire all parks owned and operated by Palace Entertainment, a Pittsburgh subsidiary of Madrid-based Parques Reunidos Group. The transaction allows Parques Reunidos to keep its focus solely on its non-American ventures.
