Justin Simpson, son of O.J. Simpson, is being sued by his late father’s estate over the status of his Las Vegas house, according to a lawsuit filed on January 6. O.J., who died in April 2024 at age 76,

It is alleged that Justin Simpson is refusing to move out of his late father’s Las Vegas residence or compensate the estate.

O.J Simpson's estate is suing Primary Holdings LLC owned by O.J.'s youngest son Justin as Justin has been accused of refusing to move out of the home as well as make payments on it.
