The Giants and Rangers played their Breakout game Saturday, and despite the 5-5 score, the story of the game was the pitching.

The Spring Breakout game is not entirely about competition and results. If it were, Saturday’s second installment between the Texas Rangers’ top prospects and the San Francisco Giants’ wouldn’t have ended in a 5-5 tie at Scottsdale Stadium.
