In Rory McIlroy's sixth hole of the PGA season, he slam-dunked a hole in one on the 15th hole at Spyglass Golf Course at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am on Thursday.

The return of the most anticipated champions, from Scottie Scheffler to Rory McIlroy, the participation of some of the greats of the sport such as, among others, Pau Gasol, Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald and Steve Young.

With McIlroy's team set to play for the first time, and he and Woods going head-to-head in singles, TGL could be looking at its best night of the season.

The 22-year-old Kim routinely played to the crowd in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., and backed it up with three key 8-footers and nearly the first ace in the TGL's brief history.

TGL heads into its fourth week with perhaps its juiciest matchup yet. Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, the central figures in the indoor simulator league, will compete Monday with their teams, Jupiter Links Golf Club and Boston Common.

Woods' Jupiter Links GC and McIlroy's Boston Common Golf meet in Week 4 of TGL. The match, at SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, starts on Jan. 27 at 6:30 p.m.
