Crashes are more common involving smaller planes like the single-engine Cessna that went missing in Alaska on Thursday.

Investigators have recovered data from inside the plane that shows what the last moments looked like for pilots before the deadly collision.

A small aircraft crashed on an avenue in Sao Paulo shortly after taking off from a nearby private airport, killing at least two of its passengers, the local firefighter corps said in a statement.
