DALLAS — The Dallas Police Department has launched an investigation into an officer-involved shooting Tuesday afternoon. The shooting took place in the 11000 block of Joaquin Drive, DPD said in an X post. DPD sources told WFAA a person was waving a gun at motorists and when officers got to the scene, shots were exchanged.
