LOS ANGELES -- The Los Angeles Chargers began the 2025 NFL draft by selecting North Carolina running back Omarion Hampton with the No. 22 pick in the first round on Thursday night, following up with their first pick on Friday to select Ole Miss wideout Tre Harris in the second round.

After taking running back Omarion Hampton in the first round of the NFL draft, the Los Angeles Chargers continued to stockpile offense in Round 2. At No. 55 overall, L.A. selected Ole Miss wide receiver Tre Harris.

Harris had 60 receptions for 1,030 yards and seven touchdowns, and averaged 17.2 yards per catch during the 2024 season for the Rebels.
