SIOUX FALLS — An 18-year-old is behind bars after police say he shot a man during an interaction on a Sioux Falls sidewalk over the weekend. Shortly before 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, police in Sioux Falls were called to the intersection of 10th Street and Cleveland Avenue for a report of a person who had been shot.

Sioux Falls Police are investigating a rash of vandalisms that occurred this weekend, leaving more than two dozen vehicles with broken windows.
