Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs and Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Nakobe Dean left the teams’ wild-card game Sunday with injuries. Doubs spent several minutes face down and then on his back and received medical attention in the end zone after his head bounced off the turf while he tried to make a catch midway through in the third quarter.

The Philadelphia Eagles signed linebacker Nicholas Morrow to the practice squad on Tuesday following Nakobe Dean's season-ending injury. The team also placed Dean on injured reserve. Dean suffered a torn patellar tendon in his knee in Philadelphia's 22-10 win over the Green Bay Packers in the wild-card round of the playoffs on Sunday.
