At the risk of sounding cheesy, Skyline Chili's new Mac and Cheese Way might've stolen the hearts of our newsroom's self-proclaimed Skyline haters. My colleagues Haadiza Ogwude, David Wysong, Kaycee Sloan and I ventured to Skyline's Downtown location at 643 Vine St.

The Cincinnati-based chili chain now has macaroni and cheese on the menu, but with that classic Skyline twist. For a limited time, the restaurant is serving up Mac and Cheese Ways: creamy cavatappi pasta in a 3-cheese blend topped with Skyline Chili and freshly shredded Wisconsin cheddar.

Starting Monday, Skyline Chili has launched their Mac and Cheese Way, an item the company calls their "cheesiest" menu item. The Mac and Cheese Way will be available for a limited time.
