FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) — A person is dead after a shooting Monday morning in Fayetteville. According to the Fayetteville Police Department, around 7:55 a.m. officers responded to a 911 call regarding a shooting in the 700 block of Topeka Street. Once on the scene, officers said they found a person who was pronounced dead on the scene.
