In Week 3 against Arkansas State, star tight end Colston Loveland left the game early with an apparent shoulder injury and looks to be a game-time decision. The Wolverines were shorthanded last week with Jaden Mangham, Jordan Marshall, and Tyler Morris out last week, and some other notable players also unable to go.

Michigan will host USC at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS for its first Big Ten game of the 2024 season. The Trojans will get their first taste of Big Ten country as well after coming over to the conference from the Pac-12.
