Winter Storm Watch issued Sunday and into Monday
A Winter Storm is expected Sunday and into Monday. The National Weather Service has already issued a Winter Storm Watch for most of southern Illinois, parts of western Kentucky and parts of southeast Missouri. Our region looks to be the "battle ground" between sleet, snow and freezing rain.
WPSD Local 6 has activated a Weather Authority Alert for Friday, with accumulating snow expected to create travel impacts for nearly all of our area.
