Foley made his film debut at 22 as the lead in the Canadian film High Stakes (1986). The Paloni Show! Halloween Special! As of April 2008 he is the voice of the orange box in Home Depot Canada TV and radio commercials. Much of his character on NewsRadio (1995) was based on Foley's own personality.
