100%. I’d put one of his seemingly average albums up against a ton of artist’ best albums. He’s been so good for so long. And we haven’t even talked about other incredible albums like Greetings, Wild & Innocent, Magic.. hell, even Letter to You was excellent

Jul 24, 2022 · Even when I go through phases of listening to Bruce less, Darkness will still be in somewhat heavy rotation. Least favorite is High Hopes. I only like three songs on it and it two of them were songs that have been in his rotation for years (Tom Joad and 41 Shots). The third is The Wall. A Bruce album with 3 covers is aggressively jumping the shark.
