Jun 6, 2009 · I have been running 8mil poly material ever since a bought the press. Metal will register better but poly will work fine once you get the hang of it. Auto Plate loaders, powder spray with IR dryer, Royce chiller, Ryobi continous dampners, plate punch, and Ink Console all come with the press. Let me know if you need any more info. SW

Nov 28, 2013 · We just installed our Ryobi 3302H, and the press does not feed paper into the grippers. It´s picking up paper just fine but when it arrives to the push guide it stops right there and refuses to feed. Any thing we can try to get it to feed? We are not very familiar with this press.

Feb 26, 2009 · The water system on the Ryobi 3302H is really a bad design and it takes lots of tweaking and parts to keep it running. Even when properly tuned it takes forever to get a saleable sheet and maintain a consistent balance. I have been told that Ryobi does not even offer that water system any longer on the 3302H.

Oct 31, 2008 · Ryobi-Matic Ryobi-Matic OK ! We got a 2nd opinion & a few adjustments eliminated the need for either a circuit board or new dampeners. This tech has extensive experience with the Ryobi-matic & says that they are just as reliable & just as good as Crestlines or Kompacs, but adjustment is critical.

Double diameter impression and transfer cylinders that allow a flatter paper path, less gripper transfers which means less opportunity for slurring and doubling, significantly less chance of marking on heavier stocks with heavy coverage.

This means that the color separation has less yello/magenta/cyan and more black. This makes it easier to print and registration is less of an issue.
