Our morning classes are every weekday at 6.30am and 10.30am. These classes also cater for complete beginners starting out in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. If you can’t make the evening beginners course times, just drop us a message and we’ll book you on a free trial class in the mornings.

We are located just off J22 of the M60, which makes our gym accessible from all over the Northwest. We have students training Jiu Jitsu with us from Stockport, Bury, Rochdale, Bolton and further afield.
